- Client: 1) Telecom, 2) Airline, 3) Hotel, 4) Retailer - FMCG, Luxury Brands
- Position: Customer Service Officer
- Responsibilities: To answer inbound calls from customers on company products inquiries, service bookings, and to resolve complaints.
- $10-16K basic salary + allowance, incentives & bonus. Medical
Requirements
- Secondary educated
- Min. 1 year frontline customer service exp.
- Call center experience will be an advantage
- Exp in Telecom / Hotel / Airline / Retail industry preferred
- Good communication skills and phone manner
- Good command of spoken Chinese, English (Putonghua a plus)
