Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality customer service including order processing, follow up and handle inquiries with good communication skills, friendly and polite manner;
  • Liaise with internal departments to solve customer problems and request;
  • Assist in any ad hoc project as required.

 

Requirements:

  • HKCEE/HKDSE/High Diploma;
  • Good knowledge of computer programme application including MS Office;
  • English typing 20wpm, Chinese typing 15wpm;
  • Fluent English and Chinese;
  • Good interpersonal skill & manner and service attitude;
  • Willing to take up day shift duties including weekends & public holiday
