Job Description

Main responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional customer service by responding to enquiries through inbound calls and help resolve customer’s queries at first contact where possible
  • Provide technical support to customers on the function of the mobile banking app
  • Handle product or service complaint by determining the cause of the issue, selecting and articulating the best solution
  • Adhere to the bank’s procedures, policy and regulations

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Experience in Bank Call Center / Retail Banking related is highly preferred
  • Good understanding of general retail banking products and service as well as having sound knowledge in using Mobile Banking system and bank’s operating system
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Shift duty is required, shift allowance will be provided

 

Work Location: Mei Foo

Work Hours: 5-day, 42.5hrs/week
