Our client is a Telecommunication company and they are now looking for the candidate as below:

The Role

• Response to customer's inquiry and complaint through email and live chat platform
• Develop good relationship with customers
• Work in Kowloon Bay
• 8-9 working hours per day (shift duty from 8am to 10pm), 5-6 days per week (48 hours), shift holidays

The Person

• HKCEE / HKDSE or above
• At least half year Full time working experience
• Good command in read and written English
