- Responsibilities: Handling incoming email inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements
- Tertiary educated preferred
- Min. 1 year customer service experience preferably in aviation / hospitality industry
- Relevant experience in email handling in required
- Good business writing skills
- Excellent command of written English and Chinese
