  • Position: Customer Service Officer
  • Responsibilities: Handling incoming email inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • $15-16K. 5-day, medical, bonus

 

Requirements

  • Tertiary educated preferred
  • Min. 1 year customer service experience preferably in aviation / hospitality industry
  • Relevant experience in email handling in required
  • Good business writing skills
  • Excellent command of written English and Chinese
