Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Support client on boarding in a professional manner to compliant with relevant rules and regulations
- Handle client review to ensure client data can be maintained actively
- Deal with client enquiry and instruction promptly and accurately
- Maintain good relationship with clients for growth of client loyalty and client asset
- Handle user acceptance test on trading platform upgrade and enhancement
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as when necessary
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holders and above
- Eligible for SFC Type 1 & Type 2 licenses
- Previous experience in account opening, client service in securities firm.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication capability
- Faster learner, team worker and self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (especially Putonghua) & English
