Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support client on boarding in a professional manner to compliant with relevant rules and regulations
  • Handle client review to ensure client data can be maintained actively
  • Deal with client enquiry and instruction promptly and accurately
  • Maintain good relationship with clients for growth of client loyalty and client asset
  • Handle user acceptance test on trading platform upgrade and enhancement
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as when necessary

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holders and above
  • Eligible for SFC Type 1 & Type 2 licenses
  • Previous experience in account opening, client service in securities firm.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication capability
  • Faster learner, team worker and self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese (especially Putonghua) & English
