Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries from different incoming channels e.g. phone, fax, email, digital media,etc.
  • Inform customers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
  • Protect customers' privacy by verifying customer's personal information
  • Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems
  • Maintain and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
  • Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities, and undertaking e-learning exam and training
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures


Requirements:

  • Post-Secondary or above with 1 year of customer service experience
  • Candidates familiar with Insurance background is an advantages
  • Good spoken and writing in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • Customer-oriented with passion, patience and caring attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidates with no concern over shift duty will be given priority
  • Good Computer Literacy
  • IIQE 1,2,3,5 preferred
