Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries from different incoming channels e.g. phone, fax, email, digital media,etc.
- Inform customers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
- Protect customers' privacy by verifying customer's personal information
- Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems
- Maintain and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Update job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities, and undertaking e-learning exam and training
- Research required information using available resources
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Requirements:
- Post-Secondary or above with 1 year of customer service experience
- Candidates familiar with Insurance background is an advantages
- Good spoken and writing in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
- Customer-oriented with passion, patience and caring attitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidates with no concern over shift duty will be given priority
- Good Computer Literacy
- IIQE 1,2,3,5 preferred
** Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer **
