The Job

  • Clients: 1) A Luxury Fashion Brand, 2) Airline 3) Telecommunication Service Provider
  • Position: Customer Service Officer - Japanese
  • Responsibilities: Based in the call center under the Japanese team, the position is responsible for answering incoming phone calls, handle Japanese customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Non-sales position
  • Salary: $16-20K. 5 day work

 

Requirements

  • Post-secondary educated
  • Native level Japanese.
  • At least 1 years customer service experience
  • Call center CS experience will be an advantage but not a must
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills
