Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service according to Company's service standard and procedures.
  • Handle invoices, Order Processing, Delivery Orders and Delivery Summary
  • Handle customer enquiry, order, provide delivery summary report 
  • Check GRN (Good Received Notice)
  • Do closing for all D/O
  • Prepare & Perform Inbound, Outbound and Inventory Reports
  • Manage trucking container / shipping instructions for warehouse with Freight Team
  • Daily filling
  • Update attendance report
Job Requirements
  • GCE N/O level & above
  • At least 1 year experience in Customer Service / Coordination / Documentation work 
  • Hardworking positive attitude
  • Knowledge in MS office computer skills
  • 5.5 days work at Jalan Buroh (Tuas area)
  • Willing to work weekly rotating shift hours
  • Weekdays (8.30am - 5.30pm / 10.30am - 7.30pm / 11.30am - 8.30pm)
  • Saturday (8.30am - 12.30pm)
  • NON-SMOKER
  • Able to start work immediately or within 2 weeks' notice
