Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide customer service according to Company's service standard and procedures.
- Handle invoices, Order Processing, Delivery Orders and Delivery Summary
- Handle customer enquiry, order, provide delivery summary report
- Check GRN (Good Received Notice)
- Do closing for all D/O
- Prepare & Perform Inbound, Outbound and Inventory Reports
- Manage trucking container / shipping instructions for warehouse with Freight Team
- Daily filling
- Update attendance report
Job Requirements
- GCE N/O level & above
- At least 1 year experience in Customer Service / Coordination / Documentation work
- Hardworking positive attitude
- Knowledge in MS office computer skills
- 5.5 days work at Jalan Buroh (Tuas area)
- Willing to work weekly rotating shift hours
- Weekdays (8.30am - 5.30pm / 10.30am - 7.30pm / 11.30am - 8.30pm)
- Saturday (8.30am - 12.30pm)
- NON-SMOKER
- Able to start work immediately or within 2 weeks' notice
