Job Description
Responsibilities
- To manage the Concierge Counters and handle enquiries
- To build harmonious relationships with tenants and visitors
- To provide high quality customer service to tenants and visitors
- To carry out promotional activities in the mall
- To assist in resolving complaints by tenants and visitors
Requirements
- Diploma in hospitality or business-related streams
- Minimum 2 years’ experience (Preferably in hospitality, tourism or customer service)
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Additional language skill is an asset
- Proficient in common software applications
- Possess good interpersonal and organizing skills
- Immediate available is an advantage
- 5-day work on-shift
- Salary up to $17,300- $19,300
