Job Responsibilities:

• Handling enquiries and complaints via inbound calls and emails in professional manners
• Performing shipment tracing
• Providing excellent customer service to international members
• Impressing our customer through excellent tele-servicing
  
  

Job Requirements:

• The permanent Hong Kong resident status
• Minimum pass rate in HKCEE/HKDSE English Language; or equivalent
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written), Cantonese and Mandarin is an advantage
• Flexibility to work on shift schedules
