RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer inquiries in French & German for global brands
• Ensure customer queries and feedback are quickly and effectively resolved with courtesy
• Balance customer’s expectation & service level by providing effective and efficient solutions to customer

REQUIREMENTS

• Results driven, able to work independently and under pressure
• Enjoys being helpful and talking to customers from Europe
• Excellent communication skills
• Monday to Friday, Work shift required
• Fresh graduate with excellent positive attitudes will be considered
