作为客服主管，您需要:

•接收出口机票预订，并每日向航空公司进行出口机票预订
•安排提货，准备提货通知或发货通知给客户
•文档准备，与客户核对并准备awb和hawb数据，并将文档传递给相关同事
•将报关清单发送给海关，与客户和报关代理沟通，准备好报关文件，安排清关
•安排空运进口清关、发货和运单，向客户开具发票，在其他同事休假时将货物数据输入CW1
•接受发货人的海运预订，向承运人预订，并安排清关，向发货人签发HBL和发票，安排海运单据，并在其他同事休假时将货运数据输入CW1

为了能够胜任该职位，您需要:

•   半年及以上海运或空运客服经验
•    良好的沟通能力
•    良好的书面英语能力
