Our client is a prestige International Bank. They are now seeking for a high caliber to join their team as Customer Service Officer and Phone Banking Officer.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to premium customers
- Handle general service enquiry and complaints from customers via phone and email
- Process applications and status checking for customers
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in banking industry
- Experience in handling clients from phone banking would be an advantage
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
