Our client is a listed conglomerate in Hong Kong with a diversified business portfolio in Hong Kong. They are now looking for Customer Service Officer / Receptionist  to take care of their guests and customers.

Job Descriptions:

• Provide Professional reception services
• Deliver professional, informative, well-mannered at front house reception
• Reservation handling
• Greet customers and provide information to customers
  
  

Job Requirements: 

• University degree or above with minimum 2-3 year solid related experience
• Proficiency in spoken & written English and Chinese and Mandarin
• Good communication skill 
• Presentable and independent
• Detail-oriented, cooperative and willing to make initiative and dedicated to work as a team player
