Job Description

Our client is a specialist products Retail in worldwide. , is looking for Customer Service Officer / Sales Admin for their business growth and expansion in the Asian & Hong Kong market, they are looking for experience individual for their team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up after sales service
  • Coordinate with customers for outbound shipment
  • handle the complaints from the customer
  • Provide excellent customer services & build a good relationship with customers
  • Sales camping preparation and provide support to the team 
  • Participate in inventory and stock management
  • corporate with the team and follow up with the customers and related administrative support
  • Liaises with oversea customers and distributors when needed
  • Create vendor code for new Supplier Company
  • handle administrative jobs and ad-hoc projects if needed

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 2 year solid experience in related industries
  • Excellent customer services, problem solving and communication skills
  • Mature, independent, self-motivated and proactive personality
  • Team-oriented with positive and engaging attitude
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
  • Excellent command of Chinese, Mandarin and English
