Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service Support
- Ensure customer’s orders are processed in a timely and accurately manner
- Ensure reports are submitted to customer(s) on a timely basis keeping to established schedules and to customer requirement
- Handle ad-hoc request from customer(s)
- Investigate root-cause of operation incidents and service failures; make recommendation to the CS Managers/Management for improvement
- Provide customer support whenever required
Local Delivery / Export Shipment Coordination
- Coordinate with various forwarders to arrange for goods pick up from DC for delivery to local customer or export to overseas
- Coordinate with ALPS import and export team on permit declaration and shipment arrangement
Work Flow
- Review and update SOPs periodically or when necessary
- Spearhead improvement programs to streamline Customer Service, Warehouse Management and Distribution Operations
Billing Customer
- Ensure all billings are done timely & accurately with all necessary supporting documents as per established schedule
- Maintain inventory accuracy between Bollore & customer’s WMS system
- Assist the CS Managers in analysing operations related data and make applicable recommendations to the Operations Manager
- Additional functions as mandated by Management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/NITEC
- Customer service orientated
- Systematic and organized
- Good command of English
- Team Player
- MS Office skills
