Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries and requests in a tactful and timely manner
  • Perform administrative duties such as uploading content and photos to platform
  • Support the development work of platform
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure service quality and delivery
  • Liaise and work closely with various stakeholders for platform on-boarding and the growth of the business


Entry Requirements

Study Fields:

  • Business, Marketing, Communications, Media Management, Customer Service or any related disciplines


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Good written, verbal and presentation skills in Chinese and English
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in social media platform management is advantageous
