Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and requests in a tactful and timely manner
- Perform administrative duties such as uploading content and photos to platform
- Support the development work of platform
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure service quality and delivery
- Liaise and work closely with various stakeholders for platform on-boarding and the growth of the business
Entry Requirements
Study Fields:
- Business, Marketing, Communications, Media Management, Customer Service or any related disciplines
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Good written, verbal and presentation skills in Chinese and English
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience in social media platform management is advantageous
