Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To handle customer inquiries via live chats, Facebook, inbound calls and emails on behalf of a leading pan-Asian retailer.
- Ensure customer queries and feedbacks are quickly and effectively resolved with courtesy
- Build and maintain good relationship with customers
- Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
- Shift duty is required
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in customer service/ contact centre, with eCommerce background is a plus.
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putoghua
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and social media
- Good typing skills (English and Chinese) - MUST be able to type at least 35 wpm both in Chinese and English
