Job Description
Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for front desk duties and day to day housekeeping.
  • Attending to members / visitors and attending to telephone calls.
  • Handling bookings, cancellation and reconfirmation requests.
  • Reconciling of daily sales and generating daily closing reports.
  • Data entries and organizing or maintaining filing records.
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by Club Manager.
  • Check in and out of guests.
  • Keep studios, lounges and retail areas neat, clean and in an orderly manner.
 
Prerequisites :
  • Service oriented.
  • Prefer candidates with some customer service background, preferably in the fitness or yoga centres or hospitality industries will be an added advantage.
  • A team player, possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English 
  • Cheerful personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pro-active, flexible, adaptable and a fast pace player.
  • Natural ability to talk to people and assist them.
