Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for front desk duties and day to day housekeeping.
- Attending to members / visitors and attending to telephone calls.
- Handling bookings, cancellation and reconfirmation requests.
- Reconciling of daily sales and generating daily closing reports.
- Data entries and organizing or maintaining filing records.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by Club Manager.
- Check in and out of guests.
- Keep studios, lounges and retail areas neat, clean and in an orderly manner.
Prerequisites :
- Service oriented.
- Prefer candidates with some customer service background, preferably in the fitness or yoga centres or hospitality industries will be an added advantage.
- A team player, possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Cheerful personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pro-active, flexible, adaptable and a fast pace player.
- Natural ability to talk to people and assist them.
