Role & Responsibilities 

• Provide quality customer services to clients in a professional manner and accordance with company standards
• Work with a team of customer servicing staff in providing full support to clients’ enquiries on account opening and market information
• Assist in clients on-boarding and document checking
• Handle customer feedback and complaints with high service standard to retain existing customers
• Handle enquiries from frontline and internal departments
• Provide administration support for the Operation in the company
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements 

• Diploma or above with 1-2 years' experience (IANG / Fresh graduate also welcome)
• Good command in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Positive attitude and strong desire to deliver exceptional results with great attention to accuracy and detail
• Customer service oriented, a good team player with good communication skills and strong sense of responsibilities
• Immediate available or short notice will be an advantage
