Job Description
  • Follow up routing order as as well as free hand business,execute booking/pick up/declaration arrangement,feedback to customers and overseas stations on executed activities and incurred charges.
  • Handle operation system data input,B/L issuance, freight charges checking and invoices issuance and other documents to customers by couriers in an accurate and timely manner.
  • To proactively act on behalf of customers and to handle all customer service related requests and tasks in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of freight quotation (domestic and abroad).
  • Assist finance colleague to push the outstanding,monitor and control all cost and income to maximize profit margin for all business.
  • Accomplish any other tasks assigned by Manager.

1.安排订舱/提货/报关等的一系列操作,并及时反馈给客人相关信息和费用
2.在系统中及时准确地输入相关数据,制作海运单证及其他相关文件,并做好单证确认、开票及寄单工作
3.积极主动的处理所有与客户有关的事宜
4.协助国内和国外的运费报价
5.协助财务人员催账,监督控制成本,保证利益最大化
6.完成好领导布置的其他工作任务
