Job Description

  • Implement company order process through order receiving, processing and getting feedback etc;

  • Timely deal with customer complaints, and coordinate with other departments to make sure satisfying feedback;

  • Communicate closely with various departments to smooth the customer service process;

  • Sign sales contracts with customers; make sure the protection of company benefit;

  • Assist Operation Dept on delivery process both inbound and outbound;

  • Responsible for controlling inventory obsolescence within budget allowance;

  • Always conduct oneself in a personal and professional manner consistent with the guidelines of the Company Mission Statement, employee handbook regulations and all other policies;

  • Professionally manage company's asset and control expense within budget allowance;

  • Any other tasks as requested by Line Manager.


Profile:
  • College degree or above in Business/Trading related. At least 3 years customer service working experience in multinational companies;

  • Comprehensive skill to tackle customers Competent to offer solutions in short time;

  • Honest, self-disciplined, good team work spirit;

  • Logical thinking, positive attitude, result-oriented, detailed-oriented;

  • Professional communication skill;

  • Good English in writing & speaking;

  • Skillful use of Ms Office, SAP.
