Implement company order process through order receiving, processing and getting feedback etc;
Timely deal with customer complaints, and coordinate with other departments to make sure satisfying feedback;
Communicate closely with various departments to smooth the customer service process;
Sign sales contracts with customers; make sure the protection of company benefit;
Assist Operation Dept on delivery process both inbound and outbound;
Responsible for controlling inventory obsolescence within budget allowance;
Always conduct oneself in a personal and professional manner consistent with the guidelines of the Company Mission Statement, employee handbook regulations and all other policies;
Professionally manage company's asset and control expense within budget allowance;
Any other tasks as requested by Line Manager.
Profile:
College degree or above in Business/Trading related. At least 3 years customer service working experience in multinational companies;
Comprehensive skill to tackle customers Competent to offer solutions in short time;
Honest, self-disciplined, good team work spirit;
Logical thinking, positive attitude, result-oriented, detailed-oriented;
Professional communication skill;
Good English in writing & speaking;
Skillful use of Ms Office, SAP.
