Eaton’s Aerospace Division is seeking a Customer Service Quality Supervisor based at our Euclid, Ohio facility. Sponsorship is not available! Position Overview: The Customer Service Quality Supervisor will provide leadership to the Euclid site for all customer and regulatory quality related responsibilities. In this function you will: Manage a team of Quality Engineers who provide direct customer support. The team members are responsible to obtain customer delegation to perform as a customer DQR. Manage a team of employees who provide direct FAA support for the site. You will be responsible for the training and authorization of all Euclid EMARs in compliance with FAA regulations. Interface with and provide direction to site manufacturing Quality Engineers to ensure conformance to design requirements and compliance to regulatory and customer procedures. Manage your team to provide timely and effective response to customer and regulatory Corrective Action Requests. Perform as a Manager of People to your team, responsible for evaluating performance and providing the leadership to best guide your people in support of the site's performance goals. You will be required to generate and present and explain material of a complex nature in a clear and understandable format. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required. Minimum 5 years in a role responsible for direct customer communication of quality related issues. This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee. No relocation will be offered for this position. Only candidates who reside within a 50 mile radius of the Euclid, OH facility will be considered for this position.
