Job Description
JOB FUNCTION:

  • Responsible for sales order and Loan machine order handling in Oracle, include order entry, payment confirm, transportation arrangement and follow up, complaint handle.
  • Communication with customers and sales teams for order information inquiry, complaint follow, rebate, marketing program explanation such as new product introduction, marketing materials distribution, promotion, etc.
  • Follow up order stock available status with related colleagues.
  • Communication with related dept. Such as Fin., Credit service, Warehouse for order payment and invoice related issues.
  • VAT invoice checking and sending to customer.
  • Coordinate with 3rd party logistics to schedule shipments delivery, follow up the distribution status and handle customers’ complaints including quality and non-quality issues via CAIR system timely.
  • Provide measurements report to the Supervisor for continuous customer service improvement.

REQUIRES:


  • University graduation or equivalent training, 3 year working experience in customer service,
  • ERP system experience is preferred.
  • Pleasant and confident telephone manner and excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Proficiency of Office software, familiar with English in written is preferred.
