The Alfond Youth Center is looking for an outgoing Front Desk Professional. This position is responsible for meeting and greeting the public,answering telephones, registering members, handling receipts and data entry. Accuracy and positive customer relation skills are key components of this position! This is a part-time position working 25-30 hours a week. Candidates should have scheduling flexibility and be available to work weekends.

Requirements
The Customer Service Representative should have at least a high school education and /or GED equivalence. Accurate typing, math, grammar, and spelling abilities are necessary. Computer proficiency is required. Experience as a receptionist, cashier, membership secretary, or dealing with the public is required. He/she must relate to and be able to communicate well with children and adults, and maintain a professional attitude and appearance. Overall, a smiling personality is necessary.
