Working Hours: Monday – Sunday, including public holidays 7:30 a.m. - 10:30 p.m. (5 days, average 42.5 hours per week)
You will be responsible for providing quality customer services to both local and overseas clients through 24-hours hotline. You will handle customer enquiries, order booking and shipment tracing, as well as to solve the problems and complaints from customers.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education (English & Chinese passed in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent)
- More than 1 year customer service experience, preferably in contact centre environment
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Customer-focus with good telephone manner
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team-spirit and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Basic PC knowledge and good typing skills
