Your responsibility


  • Looked after the 400 service hotline and submit the service request in service management system.
  • Assign the repair requirements to after service repairing shops ( ASC= Authorization Service Center), and follow up the result.
  • Update the complaint status and follow up the process.
  • Communicate and feedback with after service center.
  • Responsible for defective replacement, returns follow up.
  • Follow up the process of defective replacement and returns.
  • Deal with critical technical and quality-related problems including major customer complaints, monitor the development of them and record.
  • Telephone interviews and Satisfaction survey.
  • Warranty management and audit.
  • Finish the after service report.
  • Coordinate with other departments.
  • Ensuring service orders are filled with full and complete information/ data.
  • Ensuring invoices are summited by service agents on time to minimize back dated service orders (i.e. request for service order numbers after service is done)



Your Profile


  • Junior College or Technical School above
  • More than 1 years work experience in service
