- Resolve and perform root causes analysis for delivery discrepancies, customer and supplier credits.
- Manage quality issues related to deliveries and/or parts and manage relevant communication internally and externally.
- Manage both customer and suppliers returns and manage relevant communication internally and externally.
- Scrapping of goods
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers/suppliers and participate to meetings with customer/suppliers.
