Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIREMENTS:
FM-CHINA /Export
- Order place and follow up
- Coordinator with sales or customers about order confirmation , delivery request etc.
- Coordinator and communicator with other department to ensure order delivery on time
- Arranging the shipment and make sure the shipping smoothly
- Follow up the invoice and payment issue with sales and customer
- Apply the payment request of local charge with finance dept.
- Prepare and send sales sample to sales or customers
- Provide support to SEAP sales team
FM-CHINA/Local
1. FM-ChinaTimely & accurate entry order into SAP system and send order confirmation to customer, follow up related logistics in close contact with customer, salesmen and cross functional staff.
2. Work with warehouse team to coordinate the shipment in bound in time.
3. Effectively liaise with other departments in a professional manner as required to communicate problems and issues relating to customer services.
4.Support with Quality dept to follow up quality complaint issue.
5.Good communication with other team members.
6.Willing to take on additional assignment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education Level: University/College graduate
- More than 2-3 years work experience in sales supporting or customer service field.
- Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, customer satisfaction oriented
- Good English both in written and speaking
- Excellent skill of Microsoft Excel, Word. Experience in SAP is preferred.
- Bachelor / College graduate in related.
- Excellent skill of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Sensitive number sense.
- Have experience in material planning related area.
- At least 1 year experience in sales support, coordination or customer services is advantage.
- Aggressive, independent and hard working with good interpersonal skill
- Be familiar with MRP principle
- Experience in SAP system is preferred
