We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative with a sales background and excellent client-facing communication skills to join our team and provide sales support in the Greater China region. The position will be based in our Shanghai office.

Detailed Description:

• Distributor Operations

• PO entry in SAP

• Verify order accuracy (price, item, customer info check, etc.)

• Correspond lead time, expedite request, email inquiry

• Loan and RMA process

• Data update and clean up

• POS Report

• Maintain Sales Data

• Monitor distributors’ credit exposure and billing risks

• Support OSR in accordance to various assignments

• Support other regions as needed

• Miscellaneous projects as assigned

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in sales assisting, import/export and/or logistic experience.

• Strong written and oral communication skills of business level in English and Chinese (Mandarin).

• Proficient MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with multi tasks in busy environment.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and highly motivated.

• Perform in accuracy and detail oriented.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Experience of accounting (accounts receivable)

• Experience in relevant industry

• Extra language skill is a plus

• Experience in SAP or any ERP system would be a plus.
