• Daily order handling, checking, and input
• Track booking process and timey communication with client
• Cooperate with 3PL, verify order information, able to track goods delivery status
• Provide goods status to client as well as customer service daily tasks include sales inquiry, compliant etc
• Timely complete daily tasks and able to provide data for reporting analysis
• Timely report daily challenges and able to discuss potential solutions with team leader as well as take responsibility
• Coordinate and cooperation with team members and able to assist each other during travel/vacations, as well as be back up once required
• Support and Assist dept. Manager for the dept. tasks as well as willing to be key team members
• Able to take additional responsibility upon assignment from dept. Managers and/or above level

Requirement

Good communication skill and team player

Strong analysis skill as well problem solver, able to work under pressure

Retailer experience is a plus

Strong and quick leaner and able to improve self-performance continuously

Bachelor degree and above
