KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS

• Maintain orders from commercial team in ordering system, embedded samples and free goods as well as balancing inventory availability, company policy and tax requirement.

• Coordinate with 3PL on delivery arrangement, considering customer’s requirement and inventory level. Provide detail instruction according to material category.

• Response customer’s inquiry in efficient and professional manner.

• Keep recordings (pricing, free goods, and promotion bonus etc) in efficient manner.

  
  

  BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS

  1. Educational

• University Degree (International Trading, commercial administration preferred)

• Passed CET6 or BEC II

• ERP knowledge is preferred.

  2. Working Experiences

• Two years related working experience in multinational company.

• Experience in Animal Health business is welcome.
