Job Responsibility:

• Have customers' inquires entry timely in CMP system, support sales account manager to feedback quotation.

• New customer/Credit limit application to ensure the orders move forward.

• Have customers' orders entry timely in SAP system, quick action and responsiveness to customer's inquiries.

• Proactively communicate with internal cross-functional colleagues in order/shipment expediting and postponement, keep all outstanding sales orders updated in system with no past due.

• Handle customer complaint.

Job Requirement:

• Min. 1 years' customer service or sales experiences in progressive multi-national manufacturing environment, preferably in Optical Communication industry.

• General understanding of manufactory order process, operations planning, distribution, etc.

• Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English, ability to communicate with the external customers and company’s internal cross-functional teams.

• Experience with problem analysis and resolution.

College degree or above, major in science or engineering prefer, English with CET-6 or TEM-8, Computer with NCRE-2.
