Job Description
Job Requirements:
- College or degree in economics, English or the equivalent experience.
- 2 years customer service experience in the manufacturing or paper industry.
- Excellent written and oral communication, the ability to build collaborative relationships with internal team and customer base.
- Proven analytical problem solving, math skills, manufacturing systems and communications skills to quickly resolve time sensitive customer issues.
- The ability to be self-directed to work toward corporate and business unit objectives.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Strong responsibility and team spirit.
- Experience in ERP system.
Resume in English is preferred.
