Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • College or degree in economics, English or the equivalent experience.
  • 2 years customer service experience in the manufacturing or paper industry.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, the ability to build collaborative relationships with internal team and customer base.
  • Proven analytical problem solving, math skills, manufacturing systems and communications skills to quickly resolve time sensitive customer issues.
  • The ability to be self-directed to work toward corporate and business unit objectives.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong responsibility and team spirit.
  • Experience in ERP system.


Resume in English is preferred.
