Responsibilities:

• Ensure that customer orders are processed, any related forms or applications and customer requests are handled in a timely manner
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints promptly
• Knowledge of the product portfolio to be able to respond to customer enquiries
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline with 3 years of relevant experience
• Logistics knowledge and understanding import/export preferred
• Knowledge of handling chemical documentations and deliveries preferred
• Strong Interpersonal communication skills.(Especially Good command of English).
• Strong problem-solving skills, organized, meticulous and customer focused
• Team player and able to multi tasks and with good time management
• Computer literacy (Ms. Office). SAP Knowledge is advantageous
