• Communicate with customers via phone, fax, and email

• Process customer orders for parts and repair service

• Process purchase order to corporate and record ETD

• Create and distribute quotations of parts and repair service

• Invoice parts and service repair orders

• Track customer calls, complaints, orders, & shipments

• Follow up on past due customer orders and manage delivery expectations

• Support Field Service Engineers with service visits, spare parts inventory, and quoting

• Update and maintain CRM and ERP database

• Handle import, export and custom clearance

• Return Parts according to the standard RMA procedure

• Collect payment and tracking AR

• Handle warranty process and record quality issue

• FSE & public tools management

• Inventory management and keep the parts stock accuracy

• Reporting support , eg : uncompleted service report/FSE consignment report etc

• Other works assigned by mgr
