Job Description

工作职责:

Main Responsibilities:

1、接听客户的电话并解答价格、产品信息、送货周期等问题

Answer customers' inquiries about product information, quotation, delivery arrangement etc.

2、按公司要求及时处理订单并跟踪收发货状态。

Process orders in time and follow up logistic arrangement

3、有效地与公司内部相关部门和客户沟通订单处理和到货情况。

Maintain efficient communication with relevant departments and customers

4、销售统计及分析

Generate sales statistics Qualification

职位要求

1、物流或国际贸易相关专业本科学历,2-3年以上相关工作经验

Bachelor degree in logistics, international trade or related majors. Minimum 2-3 years related working experience.

2、英文听说读写良好(必须)

Good English skills (Must)

3、工作细心、积极主动,有条理

Detail oriented and well organized

4、具有良好的沟通能力及团队协作精神

Good interpersonal skills and team spirit

5、熟练操作各种电脑办公软件

Good command of computer Skills
