Job Description

Requirements:

• F. 6 equivalent or above
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Good knowledge of computing operation incl. Chinese input
• 1-2 years experience in Customer Service / Sales field
• Immediately available is preferred

Job Duties:

• To arrange order processing and management
• To handle customer calls including hotline service, customer enquiries & complaints
• To provide information to customer regarding order requirements
