Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone calls and emails
  • Provide quality service to our members including member registration & VIP card arrangement
  • Provide support to sales and marketing team
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • F5 or above in education
  • Independent, organized, self-motivated and hardworking
  • 1-2 year(s)’ experience in customer service or relevant, preferably in call center environment
  • Excellent telephone manner, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good knowledge in MS office
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediately available
