Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate with local suppliers & agents for booking arrangement.
  2. Follow up overseas agents’ sales & routing orders and prepare daily shipment report.
  3. Coordinate with operations staff for flight booking arrangement.
  4. Handle customer’s enquiries & complaints.

Requirements:-

  1. HKCEE / HKDSE / HIGHER DIPLOMA or above.
  2. 1 year related working experience in freight forwarder / logistics industry is preferable (Fresh graduates are also welcome).
  3. Able to communicate in English, Chinese and Mandarin.
  4. Good communication skills, able to handle multi-tasks.
  5. Team oriented and able to work independently.
  6. Immediate available.
