Job Description
Job Duties:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone calls and emails
- Provide quality service to our members including member registration & VIP card arrangement
- Provide support to sales and marketing team
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- F5 or above in education
- Independent, organized, self-motivated and hardworking
- 1-2 year(s)’ experience in customer service or relevant, preferably in call center environment
- Excellent telephone manner, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge in MS office
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediately available
