Carburos Metálicos is a leading Industrial and Medicinal Gases company in operation for over 120 years. We provide industrial gases and related equipment to dozens of industries, including refining, chemical, metals, electronics, manufacturing, and food and beverage. Since 1995 it is part of Air Products group.

The Customer Services organisation provide administrative support to the Merchant Gases business (in PT – ES) and are responsible for ensuring the correct configuration of customer accounts for a dedicated portfolio of Merchant customers, administrative requests and query handling and resolution for all Merchant customers. The position acts as the main conduit for meeting business expectations for Merchant Gases customer management and is a key interface, between customers, sales management, supply chain and business management as well as local regulatory agencies.
 
The primary functional accountability is handling commercial requests playing a key role in ensuring service quality level exceeds customer expectations in order to gain total customer satisfaction and build long-lasting relationship and loyalty.
 
Ensure adherence and follow-up of administration processes (workbooks, gas and prepayment contracts, SDS information) and proper use of all processing tools like SAP, Workbook, PRT, CIC, BCM, APDirect and care for regular training, making sure that the information captured has the right quality to be shared within the company.
 
Key skills are a customer service focus aptitude, teamwork with Commercial, Supply Chain, Collections, understand SAP Sales/Customer Dashboard and Distribution modules and Merchant Gases supply chains.

BtoB commercial/service background or experience highly desirable; College degree (Business preferred); Comprehensive knowledge of  SAP Sales & Distribution modules could substitute for the degree requirement
 
Spanish. Other languages as Portuguese, English or French are avaluable.
