Job Description

Our client is an international health device company and due to business expansion in Asia, now is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their Asia team.

 Responsibilities

  • Responsible for handling local and overseas enquiries, requests and complaints  in a timely and professional manner with a customer-orientated mindset
  • Work closely with Asia Sales team members and others to achieve desired results and support business needs
  • Provide effective and efficient feedback with high quality of services to both local and oversea clients and customers
  • Assist in sales order processing and follow up
  • Prepare regular performance report and analyze for Manager review
  • Handle department general administrative tasks including data input, filing and other documentation
  • Build a good relationship with existing customers and generate business opportunities
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments / events whenever required

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration / other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years customer services experiences, gained form pharmaceutical / medical / health care / dental industry / dental hygienist / sizable companies is preferred
  • Independent, responsible, customer-oriented and detail-minded
  • Team player, strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent organizing and problem-solving skill to ensure effective, responsive client interaction
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
