Job Description
Position Description:
As a Customer Service Representative you will coordinate and manage the
process to respond to customer's requests. The CSR is responsible for
validating requests; creating quotes and communicating both internally and
externally to ensure an excellent sales experience. You will engage with and
cultivate relationships with Sellers; Clients; Business Partners and a variety
of Lenovo aligned functions. The successful candidate is a proactive team
player, with superior attention to detail and excellent time management.

\- 1+ years of work experience
Preferred Requirements:
\- Previous experience in a technology field or IT Industry is preferred
\- Working knowledge of IT industry, experience with computer based programs,
ability to learn and present product portfolio is required.
\- Excellent verbal/ written communication skills are required.
\- Must be a self-starter with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
