Customer Service Representative, Wholesale Banking
Responsibilities:
The Corresponding Banking Operations - Customer Care team supports the Wholesale Banking business line to serve Financial Institution clients
The role presents a unique opportunity to identify, assess and mitigate risks
Responsible for responding to inquiries and complaints from internal parties and external Financial Institution clients regarding financial products and services including but not limited to Commercial Payment Products, Check Products, Treasury Payments, Foreign Exchange, Trade Collection & Reimbursement, etc.
Process routine to complex transactions via on-line system.
Perform research to resolve issue cases that require investigation
Document and review cases that require corrective actions
Work within a collaborative team culture and provide support to junior team members
Assist with identifying and implementing control and efficiency improvements.
Maintain risk and compliance controls and processes.
Escalate complex issues to senior management where required
- Work hours: 9am to 6pm OR 3pm to 12am with additional shift allowances
Requirements:
Experience in customer service, bills, remittance and banking is preferred
Knowledge in SWIFT, Telex and IntelliTRACS system would be advantageous
Strong analytic and problem solving skills with attention to details
Good communication skills in both spoken and written English, knowledge in Mandarin is preferred
Able to work on HK public holidays; under Typhoon and Black Rainstorm situations (with competitive allowance)
Fresh graduates will be considered
