We are looking forward to a Customer Service Representative in Eaton’s Corporate sector, based in Suzhou, China. This exciting role offers opportunity to: Daily upload customer invoice to customer’s portal. Generate weekly and monthly contract backlog report to SVC and sales. Daily generate customer tax invoices in SAP. Daily filling the Order acknowledgement in shared folder. Preparing necessary documentation as per customer request. Coordinating with sales team, warehouse, logistics and other related functions to meet customer request on orders. Support Operation team to raise the request of supplier new creation/update and change. Fill in the request forms online, collect the supporting documents and get appropriate approval from SCM. Daily maintain material master, PIR and Source list in SAP. Prepare open PO list at month end, analyze the aging for open PO. Daily complete GR/Shipment in SAP per 3rd party warehouse’s statement. Conduct monthly stock reconciliation with 3rd party warehouse. Fulfil regular reports as per management request. Other responsibilities leader assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Logistics/ Economy 3 years above experience in customer service or SCM related function Frequent user of SAP (MM Model) Finance knowledge would be a plus Fluent oral and written English Good communication liability Ability to handle multiple tasks within targeted time Strong sense of responsibility and good team worker Yes!
