Job Description
1. Be responsible for customer inquiry and quotation; 2. Extend Maintain Master, maintaining PIR and creating extend list; 3. Be responsible for customer sales order system entry to ensure accuracy and meet customer delivery date; 4. Placing purchase Po and tracking delivery date. Inform the supplier shipping instructions according to intercoms and customer needs; Booking cargo space when neccesary,To check the quotation and provide shipping information to freight forwarder ; 5. Providing relevant import and export data to the agent customs broker. It is important that the invoice, amount, country of origin, specification and related information accuracy and interigy. To ensure import and export compliance; 6. Follow up customer payment according to intercoms and accounting period. Create DN and provide it to the warehouse according to the customer's shipping instruction; 7. Apply for customs declaration fees and freight. Meanwhile,submit payment application to Suzhou financial center; 8. Handle customer complaints, improve customer after-sales service and improve customer satisfaction; 9. Provide CES 5419 sales report every month; 10. Run inventory report and on - transit data statistics shall be sent to MA Department every Tuesday. Qualifications •College degree or above, major in secretary, administration and international trade; •More than three years working experience in secretarial or custome service; •proficient in word processing software such as word and excel; • Have high professional ethics and a high sense of confidentiality of work content; • Master shorthand skills, with good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
