CSR responsibilities include but are not limited to on-line order taking, order entry, managing scheduled agreements and reservations, product substitutions or allocations as well RGA’s, adjustments, disposals, and problem resolution which are in compliance with requirements of the quality management system. CSR works closely with most departments (such as Contracts, Procurement, TAS, TM, A/R, GLSC) and provide the customer with excellent service. Responsibilities Processes incoming customer orders, inquiries and/or service requests regarding products and/or services from customers and our local team (FSRs, TAS, AM, BM) nationwide. Validates and releases EDI orders Processes credits, returns and logging complaints using the control tower to report any order or material discrepancy Provide bilingual telephone support to customers Processes scheduled agreements and reservations as required by customers Manages and files clients' information in the information system in SAP or other databases. Cooperates with clients and service representatives/account managers to clarify orders and issues. Participates in investigating and resolving commercial and/or after sales support problems. Validates customer pricing and works with Contracts dept , C& C and Account Manager to resolve pricing disputes. Monitor back orders and allocations and escalates all issues where necessary. Generates reports as required Perform filing and archiving activities using Sharepoint Substitute for and or assist department staff Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience SAP knowledge is an asset Post-secondary education or equivalent 3-5 years of customer facing experience and or telephone support Good organizational interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of related products and or services Ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment Strong attention to detail Problem solving and analytical skills Must be able to work under stress Must be a Team player French is an asset Must be able to work SHIFTS (8:00 AM – 6:00PM) as required In our continued commitment to prioritize colleague health, comply with customer/business partner requirements, and help preserve our business continuity, Siemens Healthineers requires employees, contractors, and business partners to be fully vaccinated with relevant dose(s) of a Health Canada approved vaccine for all new hires by their start date. “Fully vaccinated” means it has been 14 days after receiving the full series of a COVID-19 vaccine or combination of COVID-19 vaccines approved by Health Canada (i.e. two doses of a two-dose vaccine series, or one dose of a single-dose vaccine series), and which may include, at the Company’s discretion, any further doses in accordance with Health Canada guidelines.
